1800 Numbers
1800 numbers are inbound numbers that your business can use to receive incoming calls. All calls made to a 1800 numbers are free for the caller, but the receiving point or business bares the cost of the call. 1800 numbers can also be directed to any of your existing phone numbers referred to as answering points. For example, you can have your 1800 umber calls routed or redirected to your landline, office phone, mobile or even international phone numbers.
Did you know you can also customise your 1800 number so that calls can be answered on your mobile after hours, or even redirected to a live answering service when you’re busy or unavailable?
Best of all did you know you can get what is referred to as a phone word like 1300 TRADIE for example. Which converts to 1800 872 343 or 1800 TRADIE. The same can be done for 13 numbers and 1300 numbers.
