Prepaid Business VoIP Account Registration

This is a Prepaid VoIP Account there is a one-off setup fee that covers the account setup, (number setup if chosen) and a basic PBX Phone Configuration. There is also a one-time activation cost for the account as well that is charged as part of the setup of your account.

Included in all the fees is a one-time credit top-up for your account of $30.00, and you can purchase credit at any time from your account and choosing add-ons and then selecting Prepaid Credit Top Up. If at any time you want to you can upgrade your account to a Postpaid account.

A Postpaid account involves a credit check for eligibility as well as business credit references and a check against the top 3 credit registers in Australia, if successful your account will be upgraded to a Postpaid account and you will be able to choose plans and add credit when you need.

Bulk Add $30.00 Credit to VoiP Account
This addon is available to customers with either a prepaid Business VoIP Account or a Postpaid Business VoIP Account. It adds a $30.00 credit to the account which can take as long as 24 - 48 hours to reflect on your account based on how many requests are been processed at the time. If you require an urgent top-up you are best off contacting the My Australian VoIP Accounts and Billing Team who can process payments over the phone and immediately add the credit to your account. As My Global Solutions Group manages all plans and payments, there is nothing you need to do to see the credit go on to your VoIP Account, it is automatically added and is used when you make calls or if you have a 13, 1300 or 1800 number in which case this credit could be used for charges against those numbers when a customer calls. Please note that all charges are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise, if you are ordering for the first time and do not wish to be billed in USD be sure to change the pricing option at the bottom of the page/form on the left from USD to your desired currency that we accept payments for.
